5 Simple Steps

Step 1 - Contact Us

We would love to hear what you are planning for your wedding! The first step in working with us is to fill out our contact form. This gives us basic contact information as well as the date, location, scope and vision for your wedding flowers. We will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours. 

Step 2 - Consultation

We will set up a time for a complimentary consultation. This first consultation can be done over the phone or in person. We'll ask you some questions to get a sense of your personality, style, and dreams for your wedding.  You may have specific flowers in mind, or know nothing about flowers. That's okay! We will work with you to determine color, style, and varieties of flowers that will perfectly complement and reflect you, your venue, and the season. Step 3 - Proposal

After the consultation, we will take what we’ve learned and prepare a customized proposal for your wedding flowers. It will describe the overall style, include inspiration pictures, list the floral pieces needed, and an estimate for the overall cost. 

To move forward with booking Lark Floral for your wedding, we require a signed contract and a deposit to reserve your date.

After you've book with us, we can further refine your flower order as needed. 4-6 weeks before your wedding, we will finalize the details and make a delivery plan for the big day. Your final payment will be due 4 weeks before the wedding date.
