One of my favorite moments of a wedding is when I get to deliver the bouquets that we have lovingly prepared for our bride and her bridesmaids. I love the excitement and anticipation in the bridal suite as the wedding party prepares for the festivities of the day.
For her fall wedding at Tranquility Farm, our lovely bride wanted flowers that were striking and unusual with touches of black and burgundy. The bridal bouquet featured king protea, cafe au lait dahlia, blushing bride protea, sarracenia, calla lily, anemone, and the most fragrant, perfect tuberose I've ever seen.
The dashing groom wore a custom hunter green suit and a unique blushing bride protea boutonniere.
Tranquility Farms in Purcellville, Virginia boast a stone manor house, large barn, and rolling hills and gardens. The ceremony took place outdoors, followed by cocktails in the terrace garden.
A Charming Affair designed and coordinated the wedding to perfection. No detail was overlooked! The reception was held in an elegant sailcloth tent and featured candlelight, garlands, low compote centerpieces, and a greenery and floral chandelier over the dance floor.
An absolutely stunning cake by Fluffy Thoughts Cake was trimmed with blush roses, white ranunculus, and blushing bride protea.
